At Home Habit Health, my mission is to help individuals and families take control of their well-being by creating intentional environments and routines that foster balance, vitality, and long-term wellness.

This isn’t traditional health coaching — it’s a full lifestyle transformation. Through the Functional Habitat Method™, I teach you how to understand your body, optimize your home, and design habits that work with your biology — not against it. Together, we build practical, sustainable systems that complement your existing healthcare approach.

With over five years of experience working alongside leading functional medicine practitioners — and a background that bridges science with global health wisdom — my approach integrates nutrition, stress adaptation, and environmental design to support the body’s natural ability to thrive.

Common symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, weight fluctuations, and skin issues are often signs of deeper imbalances within the adrenals, gut, and liver. True wellness comes from restoring these foundations through your immediate enviornment and daily habits — not from restriction or quick fixes.

While I don’t diagnose or treat, I help you reconnect to your body’s innate intelligence through lifestyle design, environmental alignment, and grounded health strategies.

About the Founder

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an ADAPT-Certified Functional Health Coach (A-CFHC), I bring nearly five years of hands-on experience and training alongside functional medicine practitioners through the Kresser Institute and Best Life Functional Medicine, as well as additional work with the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), where I deepened my understanding of how the built environment shapes human health.

A native New Yorker with Balkan roots, my six years living overseas in Montenegro revealed how simplicity, slow living, and cooking from scratch cultivate vitality and balance.

Now based in Sarasota, Florida, with my husband who shares my appreciation for traditional healing, I integrate science, culture, and practicality through my signature Functional Habitat Method™—a framework that helps you rebuild energy, resilience, and long-term health by aligning your home, habits, and daily rhythm.
